Leider wird hier keine CD und auch kein Online bzw. Download Link mitgeliefert. Somit sind auch für erfahrene Uke-Spieler die teils komplexen und schlecht bis nicht nachvollziehbaren Arrangements nur teilweise spielbar. Sokolow ist da oft ziemlich eigen, auch in seinen anderen Lehrbüchern. Für Anfänger in diesem Sinne völlig ungeeignet. Die Songs gibt's auf CD nachzukaufen. Auch über Amazon Prime Unlimited Music und andere Bezahldienste anzuhören. So bekommt man zumindest einigermaßen Verständnis für die Arrangements. Die Song-Videos sind in Deutschland aufgrund der GEMA-Restriktionen nicht abspielbar. Schade, das hätte man anders und kundenfreundlicher lösen können. Da die Songs allerdings zusätzlich mit kompletten Texten und Uke-tauglichen Akkorden für Lagerfeuer und Campingplatz - Grillfeste gelistet sind, habe ich das doch recht umfassende Werk behalten. Leider fehlt ausgerechnet "Let it be...". Den dritten Stern habe ich nur schweren Herzens vergeben. Wäre ein problem- und kostenloser Zugang zur von Sokolow eingespielten Musik vorhanden, hätte ich 4 Sterne plus Kaufempfehlung für exzentrisch Fortgeschrittene vergeben.Nachtrag 29.06.2018: Gestern wurde das neue YouTube Music YT zum Download freigegeben. Dort kann man sich inzwischen (fast) alle Songs aus dem Buch anhören. Das hilft gewaltig weiter.
Ein wirklich schönes Songbook. Noten, TABs, lead sheet und zu jedem Titel eine kleine Beatles Geschichte. Auf der letzten Seite findet sich noch theoretische Erklärungen, die helfen sich zurecht zu finden.Vielleicht sollte ich noch erwähnen, dass ich die Printausgabe gekauft habe: das Buch hat in etwa A4 Format und alles ist sehr gut leserlich.
Die Schrift der TABS ist nicht lesbar und eine Vergößerung ist nicht möglich! Der Content ist nicht für elektronische Geräte ausgelegt! Völlig unbrauchbar!
